Hotel Splendide Royal Lugano, Lugano

Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms in the older building had a palace-style decor, spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The service from the staff was exceptional, being attentive, helpful, and accommodating in all aspects. The location, slightly off the center but only a short walk to Lugano Art Collection, offered a relaxing and uncrowded atmosphere. Unfortunately, the dining experience didn't meet expectations, but the overall value for money was satisfactory.
